1. Who sells the prints

Prints are sold by Roberto Vámos, Av. Eng. Adelino Amaro da Costa 728, 6B, 2750-278 Cascais, Portugal. Tax number (NIF): 293167613. Email: [email protected].

2. The prints

Every print is a limited-edition fine art print: black and white photographs are printed on Ilford Baryta paper, colour photographs on Hahnemühle Fine Art Pearl. Each print is hand signed and numbered on the back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

The size of each edition is stated on the site. Once an edition is complete, no further prints of that photograph are made in that size.

Colours and tones vary from screen to screen, so a print may look slightly different from the image you see on the site.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and are final: they include any applicable VAT and worldwide shipping.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes. These are set by the local authorities and are paid by the buyer.

4. Ordering and payment

Payment is handled securely by Stripe; the accepted payment methods are shown on the payment page. Your order is confirmed, and the contract concluded, when your payment is accepted. You will receive a receipt by email.

If an order cannot be fulfilled — for example because the last print of an edition was bought by someone else at the same moment, or because of an obvious error in the price — we will let you know promptly and refund the full amount.

5. Production and delivery

Each print is made to order. Printing and shipping can take up to three weeks from payment, though it is usually quicker. Prints are carefully packed and shipped with tracking, and we will send you the tracking details when your print is on its way.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your print, without giving a reason. How it works is explained on the Returns & refunds page.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which under Portuguese law lasts three years from delivery. If a print is defective or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

8. Copyright

Buying a print makes you the owner of that physical print. The copyright in the photograph remains with Roberto Vámos: the image may not be reproduced, published or used commercially without written permission.

9. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to [email protected] first; we will do our best to put it right.

For consumer disputes you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body: CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). More information is available on the Portal do Consumidor (www.consumidor.gov.pt).

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country’s law.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought your print.
